News at 9 was not shown at 8:00 (4), neither was The Smithsons (3) and as the final program was a maximum of 30 minutes long (intro) neither was North End Street (5). So Little Sister was shown on Channel 5 at 8:00 (3). North End Street was not shown at 9:00 (4) so was shown at 7:30 (5). By elimination The Smithsons was shown at 9:30, Fronds was shown at 6:00 and Fluffy at 6:45 on BBC2 (2).
As North End Street was shown at 7:30 and the BBC2 show at 6:45 (above), the Channel 4 programme was shown at 6:00 (1) and was Fronds. By elimination The Smithsons was shown on Sky 1. As the BBC1 programme was shown later than the ITV programme (6) it was shown at 9:00 and was News at 9 and the ITV programme was shown at 7:30 and was North End Street.
